Ms. Yui Kohno, Manager at Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI), contributed an article to the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine (Igaku no Ayumi), Vol. 296, No. 10, featured in the special issue “Frontiers of Rare Genetic Conditions: Bridging Science and Society.”
In her article titled “Global Collaboration and Co-Creation Towards the Future of Rare Disease Policy and Beyond,” she examines global policy trends on intractable and rare diseases and discusses the significance of patient and public involvement, as well as key challenges ahead, from the perspective of a health policy think tank in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
